摘要
北京地铁16号线苏州桥站为地下二层车站,左右线隧道内盾构机分别从该车站底板和中板通过,须对中板支撑加固。中板支撑体系分为预留孔洞段和标准段,标准段采用了移动式分段支撑体系。本文介绍了移动式分段支撑体系的加固流程,并对中板两种支撑体系受力进行了计算,对所受轴力较大的预留孔洞段钢支撑的强度、刚度及稳定性进行了验算,其均满足安全要求。为实现盾构机和后配套台车在不解体的情况下整体过站,研发了承插式滑轨装置。经实践,采用移动式分段支撑体系、盾构机与后配套台车整体过站技术不仅提高了施工效率,加快了盾构机过站速度,而且节省了工程造价。
Suzhou bridge station of Beijing metro line 16 is a two-story underground station. The TBM(Tunnel Boring Machine)in the tunnel of the left and right lines passes through the bottom plate and the middle plate of the station respectively,and the middle plate must be supported and reinforced. The middle plate support system is divided into reserved hole section and standard section,and the standard section adopts the mobile segmental support system. The reinforcement process of the mobile segmental support system was introduced,the stress of the two support systems of the middle plate was calculated,and the strength,stiffness and stability of the steel support of the reserved hole section with large axial force were checked. The results meet the safety requirements. In order to realize the TBM and the rear supporting trolley passing through the subway station as a whole without disassembly,a socket slide rail device was developed. Through practice,the adoption of mobile segmental support system,the technology of TBM and rear supporting trolley passing through the subway station as a whole not only improves the construction efficiency,speeds up the passing speed of shield machine,but also saves the project cost.
