《论语》对新时代教师课程育人的启示 被引量:2

摘要 《论语》所体现的孔子的教化思想,在一定程度上反映了教育的一般规律,对新时代教师开展课程育人具有重要启示和借鉴意义。其一,在育人理念上,贯彻以学生为中心、有教无类、因材施教,重视学生的主体地位、维护教育的公平性、尊重学生个体的差异性;其二,在育人目标上,在把自己培养成“君子型”教师的同时,把学生培养成具有“君子”人格的时代新人,引导学生追求高尚的道德品质,指导学生强化道德实践,做“躬行君子”;其三,在育人内容上,用“仁”提升教师职业道德修养,用“礼”塑造教师职业形象,潜移默化地教育学生由礼达仁、内外兼修;其四,在育人方式上,根据不同的教学内容采用启发式、严慈相济、学思行相结合以及不言而教等方式,让学生学有所得;其五,在学生评价上,通过询问了解学生掌握情况以及通过对学生的行为作出符合其个性特征的评价,能让学生有更多的思考,鼓励并促进学生全面发展。 The Analects of Confucius embodies his educational thought,which partly reflects the general law of education and has important enlightenment and reference significance for teachers to carry out curriculum education in the new era.Firstly,the concept of education lies in the implementation of student-centered teaching,education for all people without discrimination,and teaching in accordance with their apptitudes,emphasizing the subject status of students,maintaining the fairness of education,and respecting the differences of individual students.Secondly,in terms of the goal of education,teachers should cultivate themselves into“gentleman”teachers and train students into new persons of the times with“gentleman”personality,and guide students to pursue noble moral quality,to strengthen moral practice,and to be an executive gentleman.Thirdly,in terms of educational content,“benevolence”is used to improve the professional ethics of teachers,and“courtesy”is used to shape the professional image of teachers,so as to subtly educate students from“courtesy”to“benevolence”and with internal and external cultivation.Fourth,in the way of education,according to the different teaching content,the use of heuristic method,the combination of strictness with kindness;the integration of learning,thinking and action and the teaching without words can help students learn more.Fifthly,the student evaluation on the basis of the inquiry into students’learning situation helps the teacher makes the evaluation of the students’behavior in accordance with their personality characteristics.In this way,students can do more thinking,and be encourage to promote their all-round development.
