摘要
鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司以智能焙烧为核心开发了回转窑智能控制系统,应用后实现了从原石入仓、原石入窑、石灰焙烧、成品入仓、成品发料“五个全流程工序”智能操作的全线工艺贯通,实现了生产操作智能化、生产过程可视化、生产现场无人化、生产管理信息化,煤气单耗降低了0.13 GJ/t,石灰质量合格率提高了3.5%,劳动效率得到提高,减少岗位定员12.5%。
Focusing on developing the intelligent roasting system,the intelligent control system for a rotary kiln was developed in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.After application of the system,the intelligent control for the Five Full Flow Process Steps such as charging iron ore into a hopper,charging iron ore into a kiln,roasting the lime,charging finished products into a hopper and discharging finished products was achieved during the whole process for roasting.And therefore roasting operations were intelligentized in production,the process of production was visualized,roasting production on the site was based on unmanned operating and production management was based on the information.Finally,the actual volume of gas consumption per unit product was reduced by 0.13 GJ per ton steel,the qualified rate of the lime was increased by 3.5%,the labor efficiency was improved and the fixed number of people for operating posts was reduced by 12.5%.
