摘要
目的 了解老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)并阿尔茨海默病(AD)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)与糖原合酶激酶3β(GSK3β)的关系。方法 检测T2DM并AD(A组)、单纯AD(B组)、单纯T2DM(C组)、健康老年人(D组)各40例GSK-3β、血糖、血脂及胰岛素的水平,分析T2DM并AD患者中IR与GSK-3β的相关性。结果 A、B、C组GSK-3β水平显著高于D组,磷酸化葡萄糖合成激酶(P-GSK-3β)水平低于D组,且A组表现更显著(P<0.01);A、B、C组空腹胰岛素(FINS)和IR指数(HOMA2-IR)高于D组,且B组表现更显著(P<0.05或0.01);老年T2DM并AD患者IR与GSK-3β呈正相关(r=0.437,P<0.01),与P-GSK-3β呈负相关(r=-0.516,P<0.01)。结论 老年T2DM并AD患者IR与GSK-3β水平有关。
Objective To analyze the correlation between insulin resistance(IR) and glycogen synthesis kinase-3β(GSK-3β) in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) and Alzheimer’ s disease(AD). Methods Levels of GSK-3β,blood glucose, blood lipids, and insulin were detected in 40 cases of T2DM and AD(group A), 40 of AD(group B), 40 of T2DM(group C), and 40 healthy elderly controls(group D). The correlation between IR and GSK-3β was analyzed in patients with T2DM and AD. Results Compared with group D, GSK-3β level was higher, while P-GSK-3β was lower in groups A-C,especially in group A(P<0.01). The fasting insulin and HOMA2-IR were higher in groups A-C than in group D, especially in group B(P<0.01 or 0.05). The IR was positively correlated with GSK-3β(r=0.437, P<0.01) and negatively with P-GSK-3β(r=-0.516, P<0.01) in elderly patients with T2DM and AD. Conclusion The IR is correlated with GSK-3β in elderly patients with T2DM and AD.
