电针“百会风府”穴对学习记忆障碍大鼠细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Acupuncture of “Baihui”(GV20) and “Fengfu”(GV16) on Apoptosis in Cognitive Dysfunction Rats

摘要 目的:探讨采用电针“百会、风府”穴的方法对学习记忆障碍大鼠细胞凋亡的影响。方法:选用纯系健康雄性Wistar大鼠48只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、针刺组和西药组。采用D-半乳糖腹腔注射及鹅膏蕈氨酸双侧Meynert核注射的方法制作复合型学习记忆障碍模型。采用针刺“百会、风府”穴进行治疗。结果:模型组及假手术组大鼠脑组织皮层及海马区均有少量Bcl-2蛋白阳性细胞表达;针刺后Bcl-2蛋白在大鼠皮层及海马内表达明显增强,而Bax蛋白阳性细胞数无显著变化。结论:电针“百会、风府”穴可以通过促进脑内Bcl-2蛋白的高表达而抑制皮层及海马神经细胞的凋亡,保护损伤脑组织。 Objective : To study the effect on apoptosis in cognitive dysfunction rats with the method of acupuncturing "Baihui"(GV20) and " Fengfu" (GV16) points. Method : 48 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, medication group and acupuncture group. The animal models were established by intraperitoneral injection of D - galactose for six weeks combined with ibotenic acid injection into bilateral nucleus basalis of Meynert. Treated with acupuncture "Baihui"(GV20) and " Fengfu" (GV16) points. Results: Few expresstions of Bcl -2 showed in control group and model group. In acupuncture group, expression of Bcl - 2 increased significantly, while Bax expression changed few. Conclusion : Acupuncture "Baihui" (GV20) and "Fengfu" (GV16) points can improve learning ability and memory of cognitive dysfunction rats through promoting expression of Bcl- 2 and restricting apoptosis in cortex and hippocampus, protect brain tissue.
