摘要
为了提高石化行业电力系统的安全可靠性,减少误操作,减轻电气工人劳动强度,提高整体效益,提出了基于石化变电所的电气监视控制系统设计方案。以新建的乙醇项目变电所为实例,阐述了其电气监视控制系统的功能、结构及组成。实际的生产运行表明,该系统安全可靠、性能良好、技术先进,旨在为未来变电所电气监视控制系统的建设提供参考。
In order to improve the safety and reliability of the electric power system in petrochemical industry,reduce the disoperation,reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the overall efficiency,the design scheme of electrical monitoring and control system based on Petrochemical substation is proposed.Taking the newly-built substation of ethanol project as an example,the function,structure and composition of its electrical monitoring and control system are described.The actual production operation shows that the system is safe and reliable,with good performance and advanced technology,which aims to provide a reference for the construction of the electrical monitoring and control system of the substation in the future.
