摘要
综述了国内变电站自动化技术的发展现状,总结了变电站自动化系统的设计原则、工作模式,提出了变电站自动化技术和运行模式的发展策略。认为全分散式变电站自动化系统是今后发展趋势,这对我国一、二次设备设计、制造、运行管理部门都是一个全新的课题;要积极而慎重地推行保护、测量、控制一体化设计,且随着各专业的相互渗透,原有的专业分工将会重新调整、组合。
Both of substation automation technology and unmanned operation mode are the hot topics in the field of dispatching automation of electric power system in China. This paper sums up the recent development of the domestic substation automation technology. and the design principle and working mode of substation automation system as well. then proposes the development strategies of substation automation technology and operation mode. It seems that completely distributed substation automation system would be a development tendency. Meanwhile. it's a brand new subject for designing, manufacturing and operating of equipment of main and secondary electric power systems and relevant automation instruments in China. This paper intends to recommend the integrated design of supervisory control. metering and protective relaying. Moreover. with the mutual permeation of the above special functions,the former classification of functions will be changed and reshuffled.
