摘要
工匠精神是建设制造强国、创造强国不可缺少的精神品质。在新时代背景下,高职院校学生是企业技术型岗位的主力军,承载着由中国制造向中国智造进军的历史使命。弘扬和培育工匠精神,对于高职院校高素质技术技能型人才的培养具有重要意义。以工匠精神的内涵及培育价值作为切入点,紧密围绕工匠精神的培育价值对高职教育中工匠精神的培育路径进行研究,积极构建高职教育中的工匠精神培育体系。
Craftsman spirit is an indispensable spiritual quality for building a powerful manufacturing country and creating a powerful country.In the context of the new era,higher vocational college students,as the main force of technological jobs in enterprises,carry the historical mission of marching from“made in China”to“intelligently made in China”.Carrying forward and cultivating craftsman spirit are of great significance to the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.Taking the connotation and cultivation value of craftsman spirit as the starting point,we closely focus on the cultivation value of craftsman spirit to study the cultivation path of craftsman spirit in higher vocational education,and actively build the cultivation system of craftsman spirit in higher vocational education.
