摘要
随着直流输电技术的应用范围越来越广泛,直流条件下绝缘件表面电荷积聚的问题也日益突出。目前,行业内通过在绝缘件表面涂覆掺杂TiO_(2)的环氧树脂涂层来降低表面电阻率,加快电荷消散速度,抑制电荷积聚,从而实现提升闪络电压的目的。为了研究表面涂覆对直流条件下盆式绝缘子电荷特性的影响,对涂覆前后的缩比盆式绝缘子施加不同时间、不同等级的直流电压,并使用电荷测量装置对其表面电荷积聚情况进行测量,试验结果表明,在相同时间、相同电压等级的情况下,表面涂覆掺杂TiO_(2)的环氧树脂涂层的盆子较未涂覆的盆子平均电荷密度下降30.6%,最大电荷密度下降35%,该试验结果可为后期涂覆对直流闪络提升的研究提供数据支撑。
The application of DC power transmission technology is becoming more and more widespread,and the problem of surface charge accumulation of insulating parts under DC conditions is becoming more and more prominent.At present,in the industry,the surface of insulating parts is coated with TiO_(2)doped epoxy resin coating to reduce the surface resistivity,accelerate the charge dissipation rate,and inhibit the charge accumulation, so as to achieve the effect of improving the flasover voltageIn order to study the influence of surface coating on the charge characteristics of basin insulators under dc condition,the dc voltage of different levels was applied to the contracted basin insulators before and after coating for different times,and the charge measurement device was used to measure the surface charge accumulation.The test results showed that at the same time and at the same voltage level,Compared with uncoated raspberry,the average charge density and maximum charge density of the pot coated with epoxy resin doped TiO_(2)decreased by 30.6% and 35% respectively.The experimental results can provide data support for the later research on dc flashover enhancement by coating.
