摘要
工业窑炉的烟气温度一般都较高,研究高温烟气对电除尘器性能的影响具有重要的实际和理论意义.文中通过针—板间隙的实验得出了正、负电晕随温度变化的特征,解释了其机理,提出的计算公式与实验结果符合得很好.实验结果与理论分析表明:应当根据烟气温度的波动范围和烟气是否含有电负性气体这两个因素,选择适当的电晕极性,以获得较高的运行电压.从而得到较高的收尘效率.
Gcnerally, the flue gas from the industrial furnaces is of high tempcrature, so, that to study the effect of the gas temperature on the performance or electrostatic precipitator is certainly haportant both in theory and in pranticc- Based on experiments this paper gives the effect of tomperature on the corona pefformanccs of positwe and ncgative polarities, as well as their mechanisms. The calculating fermulae presented in this paper match well with the experimental results. In conclusion, it pointS out that for obtaining higher operational voltage, thus, higher precipitating cfficiency, 'it is required to sclcct the proper corona polarity according to twofactors' range of temperature variations of flue gas and whether the flue gas of clectronegative
