摘要
储能技术可用于提高风电并网能力,因此其储能系统及控制策略成为研究热点。提出将燃氢燃气轮机作为储能系统主要部分,低通滤波器结合模糊控制作为其平抑风功率的控制策略。通过设定储氢罐容量,对15台1.5 MW风机的历史风功率数据进行了处理。结果表明:低通滤波器结合模糊控制能有效平抑风功率至限制值,实现平抑指标,并得到储氢罐容量的设置限制;可实现储能时燃气轮机不工作,耗能时燃气轮机工作,当储氢罐容量为0.017 m 3时,燃气轮机输出功率为0.1 MW。在将燃气轮机作为平抑风功率的储能系统时,需将燃气轮机的启停控制作为今后的研究重点。
Energy storage system and control strategy are the main research directions for the application of energy storage technology to improve the connection ability of wind power to grid.hydrogen gas turbine as the main component of the energy storage system was proposed with the combination of low-pass filter and fuzzy control as its main strategy to smooth wind power.Historical data including 15 of 1.5 MW wind turbines was processed via setting the capacity of hydrogen storage tank.Results show that the combination of low-pass filter and fuzzy control could effectively deal with the wind power to the limited value to achieve its smoothing.The setting limitation of hydrogen storage tank capacity could be obtained.The gas turbine stopped during energy storage process while it worked during energy consumption process.When the hydrogen storage tank capacity was 0.017 m3,the output power of gas turbine was achieved at 0.1 MW.When the gas turbine was adopted as an energy storage system to smooth wind power,its start and stop control was required in future study.
