摘要
中国特色社会主义的人民性,是与马克思主义人民史观一脉相承的。在中国共产党百年奋斗的历史进程中,中国特色社会主义的人民性集中体现在中国特色社会主义的发展道路、指导理论、制度建设和文化/文艺繁荣等的理论与实践中:在理论上,其集中体现为能否始终坚持以马克思主义人民史观作为行动指南;在实践中,其集中体现为能否始终保持与人民群众同甘苦、共患难的血肉联系;其判断的根本标准,就在于人民群众对于中国特色社会主义发展进程中的各项具体制度和治理实践的态度及行为。践行好中国特色社会主义的人民性,对于进一步推进马克思主义中国化、时代化以及21世纪马克思主义将会产生深远的意义和影响。
The people nature of socialism with Chinese characteristics comes down in coordination with the Marxist historical view of the people.In the process of the CPC’s hundred years of struggle,the people property of socialism with Chinese characteristics is mainly reflected theoretically and practically in its development path,guiding theory,system construction,culture prosperity,etc.:theoretically,it is collectively reflected in whether we can always adhere to the Marxist concept of people’s history as the guideline for action;and in practice in whether we can maintain the close relationship with the people both in adversity and prosperity.The fundamental criterion for its judgment lies in the people’s attitude and behavior towards various specific systems and governance practices in the development process of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new era,putting into function the people property of socialism with Chinese characteristics well will have far-reaching influence on further promoting the Sinicization of Marxism,the adaptation of Marxism to the times and Marxism in the 21st century.
