摘要
睡眠不足会增加多种疾病的患病风险,大部分患者自诉在经历手术及麻醉后出现了睡眠-觉醒紊乱(sleep-wake disorders, SWD)。术后SWD的发生发展与术后并发症的增加有关,不利于患者术后快速恢复。研究表明,围手术期用药会影响术后睡眠,与术后SWD的发生发展密切相关。文章拟从临床和基础研究等方面,探讨机体睡眠-觉醒机制及术后睡眠现状,从麻醉药物、镇静药物、镇痛药物等角度综述围手术期常用药物对术后睡眠的影响及其潜在机制,为术后SWD的防治提供初步参考。
Lack of sleep increases the risks of many diseases.Most patients complained of sleep-wake disorders(SWD)after surgery and anesthesia.The occurrence and development of postoperative SWD are related to the increase of postoperative complications and are not conducive to the rapid recovery of patients after surgery.Studies have shown that perioperative drugs can affect postoperative sleep,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of postoperative SWD.This review aims to discuss the body's sleep-wake mechanism and postoperative sleep status from the aspects of clinical and basic research,summarizes the effects of commonly used drugs in the perioperative period on postoperative sleep and its potential mechanisms from the perspectives of anesthetics,sedatives,analgesics,and provides a preliminary reference for the prevention and treatment of postoperative SWD.
