摘要
往复式压缩机是电机主要的负载设备,其特点是要求电机提供较大转矩,要求电机在较低转速下尽量提高电机功率,这样就对电机自身设计带来难度,需要克服转速低带来的温升影响。此次以高压中心高H710-14P 900kW电机为例,简述几个针对IC511冷却结构隔爆型低转速大功率电机设计方法进行概述。
The reciprocating compressor is the main load equipment of electric motor,which characteristic is that the motor should provide large torque and improve its output as much as possible at low speed.It needs to overcome the influence of temperature rise caused by low speed,thus brings difficulty to the design of motor.Taking a 900kW-14P high-voltage motor with center height H710 as an example,this paper briefly summarizes several methods of designing low-speed high-power flameproof motor with IC511 cooling method.
