低压预制母线温升特性的建模仿真研究 被引量:2

摘要 低压预制母线用于10 kV柱上变压器的二次侧,是一体化改造的重要举措,而研究其温升特性具有重要意义。论文主要选取额定电流为630 A的低压预制母线作为研究对象,首先建立了其三维几何模型,采用电磁场—温度场以及电磁场—气流场—温度场耦合的多物理场模型,对其展开了仿真研究,并与型式试验结果进行了对比,验证了仿真结果的正确性。处于自然对流条件下的预制母线采用电磁场⁃温度场耦合模型,处于强制对流条件下的预制母线采用电磁场—气流场—温度场耦合模型。同时,文中仿真分析了不同负载情况下的预制母线温升分布情况,仿真结果表明,即使负载为1.1倍额定电流,温升也未超过国家标准温升要求。文中进一步针对预制母线的不同绝缘包裹体材料热导率、不同环境温度和环境风速,不同铜排规格进行了仿真研究,研究结果表明,热导率的提升有助于温升的降低;环境温度对温升影响较小;而环境风速的增大对母线的降温效果明显。 The low⁃voltage prefabricated busbar is used for the secondary side of 10 kV column transformer,which is an important measure for the integration transformation.It is of great significance to study its temperature rise charac⁃teristics.The low⁃voltage prefabricated busbar with rated current of 630 A is selected as the research object.Firstly,its three⁃dimensional geometric model is set up,the multi⁃physics field model of electromagnetic⁃temperature field and electromagnetic⁃airflow⁃temperature field coupling is adopted for the simulation research,compared with the type test result to verify the correctness of the simulation result.The prefabricated busbar adopts electromagnetic⁃temperature field coupling model under the condition of natural convection,and electromagnetic⁃airflow⁃tempera⁃ture field coupling model under the condition of forced convection.At the same time,the temperature rise distribu⁃tion of prefabricated busbar under different loads is simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that even if the load is 1.1 times the rated current,the temperature rise does not exceed the temperature rise requirement of na⁃tional standard.Furthermore,the thermal conductivity of different insulation inclusion materials,different ambient temperatures and ambient wind speeds as well as different copper bar specifications for prefabricated bus bar are sim⁃ulated and studied.The research results show that the increase of thermal conductivity helps to reduce the temperature rise;the ambient temperature has little effect on the temperature rise;while the increase of the ambient wind speed has a significant effect on the cooling of the busbar.
