摘要
目前市政桥梁采用现浇变截面连续箱梁进行大中型桥梁的上部构造,结构和外观上具有良好的刚性和整体性,可使构造在外形上更加的美观。由于施工单位的方案设计和验算能力有一定的局限性,导致施工中的安全可靠性和施工精度受到一定影响。在实际的施工过程中,大跨径曲线变截面现浇梁连续箱梁支架施工,整个模板架体支撑体系搭设属于异形构造,施工过程对工人技术水平要求较高。
At present,cast-in-situ variable cross-section continuous box girder is used for the upper structure of large and medium-sized bridges.Its structure and appearance have good rigidity and integrity,which can make the structure more beautiful in appearance.As the scheme design and checking calculation capability of the construction unit has certain limitations,the safety reliability and construction accuracy in construction are affected to some extent.In the actual construction process of cast-in-situ continuous box girder with buckle support method in long-span curved variable cross-section,the whole formwork frame support system is built in a special-shaped structure,which requires high technical level of workers.
