摘要
结合武胜枢纽互通式立交工程实例,介绍了门式型钢支架、碗扣支架、模板系统以及基础设计方案,详细介绍了支架搭设、模板安装、钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑及预应力张拉等施工工艺及操作要点,形成了互通式立交现浇连续箱梁施工技术及工艺,可为类似工程提供参考。
With Wusheng terminalinterchange engineering examples,introduces the door type steel bracket,bowl buckle bracket,template system and basic design scheme,introduces the scaffording,formwork installation,reinforcing bar,concrete pouring and prestressing construction technology and operation points,the formation of the interchange of cast-in-place continuous box girder the construction technology and process,which can provide reference for similar project.
