摘要
现代研究证明肠道菌群可通过参与能量代谢调节血糖波动,小肠作为营养物质代谢的主要场所,其分清泌浊气化运动也影响着血糖波动。文章通过分析肠道菌群和小肠参与血糖代谢的全过程及两者间相互作用关系,从肠道菌群角度探讨小肠是如何通过泌别清浊来维持人体血糖稳态及其相应作用机制,阐述了在全身脏腑气机协调配合下,小肠借助肠道菌群这个实质性媒介发挥分清泌浊生理功能调控血糖波动的观点。
Modern studies show that gut microbiota regulate blood glucose fluctuations by participating in the energy metabolism,as the main site of nutrient metabolism,small intestine effect glucose variability by separating the lucid from the turbid.This paper analyzes the whole process of blood glucose metabolism and interaction between gut microbiota and small intestine to analysis pathogenesis of glucose variability based on theory of small intestine separates the lucid from the turbid of gut microbiota,expounding the view that under the corrdination of five zang-organs and six fu-organs,small intestinal regulate blood glucose fluctuations by separating the lucid from the turbid with the help of gut microbiota.
