胃癌术后伴抑郁患者肠道菌群特异性研究

Specific study of intestinal flora in postoperative gastric cancer patients with depression

摘要 目的:探究胃癌(GC)术后伴抑郁与不伴抑郁患者肠道菌群结构差异性,寻找GC术后伴抑郁患者肠道菌群特异性生物标志物。方法:72例GC三期D2根治术后患者抑郁组38例,非抑郁组34例,收集两组患者粪便标本,利用16S rDNA高通量测序技术研究分析两组之间肠道菌群差异性。结果:两组患者之间肠道菌群的物种多样性与物种丰富度之间差异无统计学意义;但在微生物群落构成之间存在一定差异。抑郁组患者肠道特异菌有4种,分别为疣微菌门、链球菌科、瘤胃球菌属gnavus群、链球菌属;非抑郁组患者肠道特异菌有两种,分别为阿里松氏菌属和小杆菌属。结论:GC三期D2根治术后抑郁与非抑郁两组患者之间存在代表抑郁与非抑郁的特异菌种。 Objective:To investigate the differences in the structure of intestinal flora between depressed and nondepressed patients after gastric cancer(GC)surgery,and to find specific biomarkers of intestinal flora in depressed patients after GC surgery.Methods:Seventy-two postoperative patients with stageⅢD2 GC were divided into 38 depressed patients and 34 non-depressed patients.Stool specimens were collected from the two groups,and the differences in intestinal flora between the two groups were studied and analyzed using 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing technology.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between species diversity and species richness of intestinal flora between depressed and non-depressed patients in the two groups after stageⅢD2 radical surgery for GC;however,there were some differences between the microbial community composition.There were four species of intestinal specific bacteria in the depressed group of patients,p_Verrucomicrobiota,f_Streptococcaceae,g_Ruminococcus_gnavus_group,and g_Streptococcus;there were two species of intestinal specific bacteria in the non-depressed group of patients,g_Allisonella and g_Dialister.Conclusion:There are specific strains of bacteria representing depression and non-depression between the two groups of patients with depression and non-depression after stageⅢD2 radical surgery for GC.
