摘要
运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五个层面,探究新发展格局下体育产业发展理念。新发展格局下体育产业发展理念的现实审视:科技创新能力薄弱,关键核心技术卡壳;区域协调效果欠佳,产业联动深度不足;低碳环保意识薄弱,循环利用水平较低;对外开放水平不高,国际竞争能力偏低;服务共享成效式微,供需失衡愈加凸显。据此提出推进策略:完善政策顶层设计,提升科技创新水平;科学规划区域布局,增强产业深度联动;强化绿色环保思维,科技驱动降耗提质;扩大对外开放水平,培育核心竞争优势;多维保障服务共享,推进供需精准对接。
By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper explored the development concept of sports industry under the new development pattern from the five levels of innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing.Reality review of sports industry development concept under the new development pattern:The scientifi c and technological innovation capacity is weak and key core technologies are stuck,the regional coordination effect is poor and industrial linkage depth is insuffi cient,the low carbon environmental awareness is weak and the level of recycling is relatively low,the level of opening to the outside world is not high and the international competitiveness is low,and the effectiveness of service sharing has declined,while the imbalance between supply and demand has become more prominent.Accordingly,this paper put forward the promotion strategy:We should improve the top-level policy design to raise the scientifi c and technological innovation level,scientifi cally plan the regional layout to enhance the depth of industrial linkage,strengthen green environmental protection thinking and use science and technology to drive consumption reduction and quality improvement,expand the level of opening to the outside world to cultivate core competitive advantages and ensure multi-dimensional service sharing to promote precise alignment between supply and demand.
