摘要
准确把握数字经济发展在推进中国式体育产业现代化过程中的重要地位,是推动体育产业高质量发展和加快建设现代化体育产业体系的重要驱动力。该研究采用文献资料和逻辑分析等方法,围绕本质要义、时代价值、转型路径和政策取向等核心议题,探讨了数字经济赋能中国式体育产业现代化的逻辑意蕴和路径铺展。研究认为,中国式体育产业现代化是以数字产业化和产业数字化为支柱、以数字化治理和数字政府建设为抓手、以数据要素嵌入社会再生产过程为核心的现代化;持续释放数字经济发展活力,有助于体育产业实现系统性创新、数字化驱动、绿色低碳发展和共同富裕目标,进而夯实中国式体育产业现代化发展的新动能、模式新图景、新形态、新定位和新目标;在新一轮科技革命和产业变革纵深演进下,体育产业发展将由高速增长阶段向高质量发展阶段转变、由传统产业体系向现代化产业体系转变、由传统要素驱动向创新要素驱动转变以及由传统生产型制造向服务型制造转变。据此,该研究提出了持续完善数字经济顶层设计、强化技术自主创新和可控水平、加快体育领域数字政府建设和加强体育数据要素市场建设等政策建议,以期提升体育产业体系现代化水平和促进经济高质量发展。
Accurately grasping the important position of digital economy development in promoting the modernization of the Chinese style sports industry is an important driving force for promoting high-quality development of the sports industry and accelerating the construction of a modern sports industry system.With methods such as literature review and logical analysis,this paper explores the logical implications and path development of the digital economy empowering the modernization of the Chinese style sports industry around core issues such as essential essence,era value,transformation path,and policy orientation.Research suggests that the modernization of the Chinese style sports industry is based on digital industrialization and industry digitization as the pillars,digital governance and digital government construction as the starting points,and data elements embedded in the social reproduction process as the core of modernization.Continuously unleashing the vitality of digital economy development will help the sports industry achieve the goals of systematic innovation,digitalization driven,green and low-carbon development,and common prosperity,and further solidify new driving forces,models,prospects,forms,positioning,and goals for the modernization of the Chinese style sports industry.Under the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the development of the sports industry will shift from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,from a traditional industrial system to a modern industrial system,from a traditional factor driven to an innovative factor driven,and from a traditional production-oriented manufacturing to a service-oriented manufacturing.Based on this,recommendations on policy are proposed to continuously improve the top-level design of the digital economy,strengthen independent technological innovation and controllability,accelerate the construction of digital governments in the sports field,and strengthen the market construction of sports data elements,in
