溶剂对顺丁橡胶凝胶的溶胀研究

摘要 凝胶是聚丁二烯分子发生歧化、交联反应,生成的不溶于任何溶剂的网状结构的橡胶大分子。本文利用不同溶剂对顺丁橡胶凝胶样品进行溶胀实验,研究浸泡时间、溶剂种类对凝胶溶胀过程中体积、质量、外观形貌的影响规律。研究表明,用两种溶剂浸泡的凝胶,其规律都是随着浸泡时间的延长,凝胶的质量、体积增幅都是先快速增加,达到最大值后趋于平缓并有所下降。且凝胶含量越高,凝胶胀大越明显。但用甲苯溶剂对凝胶溶胀的速率和尺寸更大,且溶胀后的凝胶呈透明状。 Gel is a rubber macromolecule which is formed by disproportionation and crosslinking reaction of polybutadiene,and insoluble in any solvent.The swelling rule of CIS gel samples was studied by different solvents.The effects of soaking time and solvent type on the volume,quality and appearance of gel swelling were studied.The results showed that the gel of two solvents soaked up with the prolongation of the soaking time,and the mass and volume of the gel increased rapidly,reaching the maximum value and then leveling down.The higher the gel content,the larger the gel swelling.However,the swelling rate and size of the gel were larger with toluene solvent,and the swelling gel was transparent.
