摘要
运用利益相关者理论,分析慢性肾脏病管理的利益相关者的功能定位,最终形成慢性肾脏病管理模式,构建多学科、多系统协作的、患者参与的管理模式,改善慢性肾脏病患者生存质量,促进其回归家庭及社会。
Based on the stakeholder theory,the functional orientation of stakeholders for management of chronic kidney disease has been analyzed in this paper.The management mode of chronic kidney disease was formed with a multi-disciplinary,multi system collaborative and patients participation,which improved the life quality of patients with chronic kidney disease and helped them return to the family and the society.
