摘要
目的舒口散辅助治疗小儿口腔黏膜病的临床疗效分析。方法纳入我院于2020年2月—2021年2月间收治的80例口腔黏膜病患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法以观察组、对照组两个组别进行划分,各包含40例患儿;两组患儿均接受常规治疗,以此为基础对照组患儿另行的治疗方案为口泰漱口液,观察组患儿另行的治疗方案为舒口散,记录并对比两组患儿的溃疡/疱疹消退时间、临床治疗总有效率。结果观察组患儿的溃疡/疱疹消退时间为(2.23±0.62)d,与对照组患儿的(4.86±1.65)d对比,组间可见差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另观察组40例患儿中,经治疗有23例为显效,14例为有效,3例为无效,临床治疗总有效率为92.50%(37/40);对照组40例患儿中,经治疗有13例为显效,16例为有效,11例为无效,临床治疗总有效率为72.50%(29/40);对应数据比较组间可见差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.242,P=0.039<0.05)。结论针对口腔黏膜病患儿,在常规治疗的基础上辅以舒口散,可以在更短的时间内缓解溃疡/疱疹症状,有利于患儿实现早期康复。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Shukou powder in the adjuvant treatment of children with oral mucosal disease.Methods A total of 80 children with oral mucosal disease admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were included as the subjects of this study.According to the random dynamic number table,the observation group and the control group were divided into two groups,each containing 40 children.Both groups received conventional treatment.Based on this,the control group was additively treated with Koutai mouthwash,while the observation group was additively treated with Shukousan.The time of ulcer/herpes resolution and the total clinical treatment effective rate of the two groups were recorded and compared.Results The time of ulcer/herpes resolution in the observation group was(2.23±0.62)d,compared with that in the control group(4.86±1.65)d,there was significant statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).In addition,in the observation group of 40 children,after treatment,23 cases were significantly effective,14 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total clinical effective rate was 92.50%(37/40);In the control group,13 cases were significantly effective,16 cases were effective,and 11 cases were ineffective after treatment.The total clinical effective rate was 72.50%(29/40).The corresponding data showed significant statistical difference between groups(χ^(2)=4.242,P=0.039<0.05).Conclusion For children with oral mucosal disease,Shukou powder in addition to conventional treatment can relieve symptoms of ulcer/herpes in a shorter time,which is conducive to early recovery of children,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
