摘要
目的探讨椎体成形术配合补肾壮筋汤治疗老年性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法按照随机数字表对照法将2019年7月—2020年9月江西省都昌县中医院接诊的70例老年性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者分为2组,每组35例。对照组给予手术治疗,观察组在此基础上口服补肾壮筋汤治疗,观察2组治疗效果及术后的椎体高度恢复情况、疗效、ODI评分、VAS评分。结果观察组干预后椎体前缘高度丢失百分数、椎体中部高度丢失百分数均低于对照组和干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后3 d、干预后7 d、干预后14 d ODI评分均低于对照组同时期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后3 d、干预后7 d、干预后14 d VAS评分均低于对照组同时期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎体成形术配合补肾壮筋汤治疗老年性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果较好,患者预后较好,ODI评分、VAS评分改善较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vertebroplasty combined with Bushen Zhuangjin decoction in the treatment of senile thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.Methods According to the random number table control method,70 patients with senile thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in Duchang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to September 2020 were divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given surgical treatment,and the observation group was given Bushen Zhuangjin decoction orally on this basis.Postoperative vertebral height recovery,curative effect,ODI score,VAS score were observed.Results The percentage of anterior vertebral height loss and the percentage of middle vertebral height loss in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group and before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 days after intervention,7 days after intervention,14 days after intervention,the scores of ODI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in the same period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group in the same period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of vertebroplasty combined with Bushen Zhuangjin decoction in the treatment of senile thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures is better,the prognosis of patients is better,and the ODI score and VAS score are better.
