摘要
我国农业经历了“改革之初的城乡循环探索”“农业融入国际大循环的实践”和“乡村振兴下的城乡经济循环系统构建”几个阶段。农业融入“双循环”发展,在生产、流通、分配、消费环节存在诸多问题。构建现代农业经营体系、生产体系和产业体系是解决农业融入“双循环”发展存在问题的有效途径。
China’s agriculture has gone through the several stages of“the exploration of urban-rural cycle at the beginning of reform”,“the practice of integrating agriculture into the international cycle”and“the construction of urban-rural economic cycle system under the rural revitalization”.There are some problems in the links of production,circulation,distribution and consumption in the integration of agriculture into the“Dual Circulation”development pattern.The construction of modern agricultural operation system,production system and industrial system is an effective way to solve these problems.
