NFT是基于区块链技术产生的,它最明确的特征是具有唯一性、确权性和不可分割性。国际版的NFT是带有艺术属性的数字金融产品,而国内NFT一般指向数字藏品,主要是数字形态的文化消费品。极大的市场潜力和艺术收藏品将是NFT市场最大品类,是NFT市场的两个明显趋势。随着市场的迅速爆发,NFT行业暴露出炒作风险、泡沫化风险的问题。为保障数字藏品行业高质量健康发展,提出以下政策建议:加强监管,推广相关企业成功经验,积极推进“区块链+”在文博文创领域的运用。
NFT technology is generated based on blockchain technology, and its most definite characteristics are uniqueness, declarative and indivisibility. NFT International Version is a digital financial product with artistic properties, while the domestic NFT edition is generally referred to as a digital collection, mainly in digital form of cultural consumer goods. The huge market potential and art collections will be the largest category in the NFT market, two obvious trends in the NFT market. With the rapid outbreak of the market, the NFT industry has exposed the risks of speculation and bubbles. In order to ensure the high quality and healthy development of the digital collections industry, the following policy suggestions are put forward: strengthening supervision, popularizing the successful experiences of relevant enterprises, and actively promoting the application of blockchain+ in the field of cultural and creative industries.
