摘要
目的:分析冠状动脉造影与心电图在冠心病诊断中的价值。方法:选取2019年9月-2020年12月常德市第一人民医院收治的125例疑诊冠心病的患者。患者均接受心电图监测,记录心肌心电图改变情况,并行冠状动脉造影检查,对比分析两者的检查结果。结果:心电图检查结果和冠脉造影检查结果对于疑诊冠心病患者而言,二者间比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.080,P=0.004)。将冠脉造影检查结果作为金标准,疑诊冠心病患者经心电图诊断的灵敏度为71.15%,特异度为66.67%。结论:心电图检查和冠状动脉造影的检查结果符合度相对较高,具有一定预测价值,但在临床工作中应注重结合患者危险因素、症状表现等进行综合分析,必要可辅助冠状动脉造影等检查明确诊断,以免出现漏诊或误诊等情况。
Objective:To analyze the value of coronary angiography and electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 125 patients with suspected coronary heart disease in the First People's Hospital of Changde City between September 2019 and December 2020 were selected.All patients underwent electrocardiogram monitoring,changes in myocardial electrocardiogram were recorded,and coronary angiography was performed.The examination results of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The results of electrocardiogram and coronary angiography were statistically significant of patients with suspected coronary heart disease(χ^(2)=8.080,P=0.004).Regarding the results of coronary angiography as the gold standard,the sensitivity of coronary angiography in the diagnosis of patients with suspected coronary heart disease was 71.15%,and the specificity was 66.67%.Conclusion:The electrocardiogram and coronary angiography results have a relatively high coincidence rate and certain predictive value.However,in clinical work,comprehensive analysis should be focused on combining patient risk factors and symptoms,and coronary angiography and other examinations may be performed if necessary to confirm the diagnose,so as to avoid missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis.
