摘要
目的:探究麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗对老年急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者心功能及降钙素原(PCT)水平的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2021年1月在南阳市中心医院治疗的ACS患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组给予麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗,比较两组心功能[左室射血分数(LVEF)、B型脑钠肽(BNP)、每搏输出量(SV)]及PCT水平。结果:观察组LVEF、SV高于对照组,BNP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PCT水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗可提高ACS患者心功能,改善PCT水平。
Objective:To investigate the effects of heart pill of musk combined with atorvastatin on cardiac function and PCT level in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:A total of 100 patients with ACS treated in Nanyang Central Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,and the observation group was treated with heart pill of musk combined with atorvastatin.The cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),B-type brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),stroke volume(SV)]and PCT levels were compared between the two groups.Results:LVEF and SV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and BNP level was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The PCT level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heart pill of musk combined with atorvastatin can improve cardiac function and PCT level in patients with ACS.
