摘要
政府投资项目工程变更在很大程度上影响建设成本。通过对工程项目变更因素的识别和分类,确定对造价产生影响的变更因素。在此基础上,采用层次分析法,通过具体案例分析对造价产生影响的核心变更因素,并把变更因素分为一般工程变更因素、较大工程变更因素、重大工程变更因素和有利工程变更因素。由此,对找出的核心变更因素,有针对性地提出工程变更影响下的成本控制策略,为政府投资工程建设管理提供参考。
The construction cost is affected by the engineering change of government investment projects to a large extent.The paper determines the change factors that have an impact on the construction cost by identifying and classifying the change factors of the engineering project.On this basis,using the analytic hierarchy process,analyzes the core change factors affecting the cost of construction through specific case data,and divides the change factors into general engineering change factors,major engineering change factors,major engineering change factors and favorable engineering change factors.For the identified core change factors,proposes targeted cost control strategies under the influence of engineering changes,provides reference for the management of government-invested engineering construction.
