摘要
在既有建筑改造工程逐年增加,施工成本难以控制的背景下,总结归纳改造施工阶段影响建造成本的因素指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各影响因素指标权重。针对主要影响因素,从施工企业的角度提出相应的措施和建议。
Under the background that the existing building renovation projects are increasing year by year and the construction cost is difficult to control,the paper summarizes the index system of factors that affect the construction cost during the renovation construction stage,uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight of each influencing factor.In view of the main influencing factors,from the perspective of the construction enterprises,puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions.
