摘要
目前我国正大力推广海绵城市的建设,多部委相继颁布出台了多个政策及文件来促进海绵城市的建设。以德国柏林波茨坦广场为例,结合海绵城市理论依据及应用措施为先导,从该理念在波茨坦广场具体应用的措施及技术等方面,通过实例分析如何运用海绵城市理念于广场设计之中,为可持续设计手段在我国城市广场设计中的应用提供宝贵的借鉴,通过分析、阐释海绵城市理念来提高海绵城市技术在我国的可实施性,并且提供强有力的说服力。
Recently,the construction of sponge city is vigorously promoted. Ministries of China have promulgated a number of policies and documents to promote the construction of the sponge city. This paper takes the Potsdamer Platz of Berlin as the example,to introduce the application of sponge city,and provide the basement for the sustainable construction of sponge city in China.
