摘要
目的 分析我国护士职业倦怠发生情况。方法 通过检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、EMbase、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库和维普数据库收集资料,并对所得资料进行meta分析。结果 纳入77项研究,包含123 019名护士。Meta分析结果显示,我国护士职业倦怠总检出率为64.5%(95%CI:59.1%~69.9%)。对报告了轻、中、重度职业倦怠检出率的49篇文献进行meta分析,轻、中、重度职业倦怠检出率分别为32.3%(95%CI:29.1%~35.4%)、25%(95%CI:22.4%~37.6%)和12.5%(95%CI:7.8%~17.1%)。亚组分析显示,不同地区、研究发表的年限和采用不同量表检测护士的职业倦怠情况差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 我国护士职业倦怠检出率较高,应重视职业倦怠对护士的影响,实施有效的循证干预措施是至关重要的。
Objective To study the incidence of job burnout among nurses in China. Methods The data was collected by searching Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),CNKI,Wanfang Database,and VIP Database. The obtained data were analyzed by meta-analysis. Results Totally 77 studies were included,involving 123 019 nurses. The results of meta-analysis showed that the total detection rate of nurses’ job burnout in China was64.5%(95%CI:59.1%-69.9%). A meta-analysis of 49 documents reporting the detection rates of mild,moderate,and severe job burnout showed that the detection rates of mild,moderate,and severe job burnout were 32.3%(95%CI:29.1%-35.4%),25%(95%CI:22.4%-37.6%) and 12.5%(95%CI:7.8%-17.1%),respectively. Subgroup analysis showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the nurses’ job burnout status among different regions,the number of years of research publication,and the use of different scales(all P>0.05). Conclusion The detection rate of job burnout among nurses in China is relatively high,attention should be paid to the impact of job burnout on nurses,and it is essential to implement effective evidence-based interventions.
