摘要
国内价值链质量应该是多维度的,不仅要考虑价值链效率问题,更要考虑价值链稳定性问题,后者在不确定性日益加剧的世界经济环境下尤为重要。文章拓展了国内价值链质量的内涵,在构建价值链稳定性指标基础上,将效率和稳定性纳入国内价值链质量量化指标,测算了中国制造业细分行业的国内价值链质量及分指标数据,并实证检验了中国制造业OFDI对国内价值链质量的影响及机制。总体来看,中国制造业OFDI显著提升了国内价值链质量及分指标国内价值链效率、国内价值链稳定性;不同类型制造业OFDI的“强链”和“固链”效应存在差别,逆梯度OFDI、中低技术行业OFDI、国有OFDI及水平型OFDI对国内价值链质量的提升效应更加明显;中国制造业OFDI的国内价值链质量提升效应主要通过技术创新和制造业服务化两条途径实现。通过培育大型跨国企业、创新OFDI投资模式、增强自主创新能力等措施提升国内价值链质量,对于促进产业链和供应链现代化建设、构建双循环新发展格局及推动国内贸易高质量发展具有重要意义。
The quality of the domestic value chain should be multi-dimensional,which includes not only the efficiency of the value chain,but also the stability of the value chain. The latter is particularly important in the increasingly uncertain world economic environment. This article expands the connotation of domestic value chain quality. Based on the establishment of value chain stability indicators,this paper incorporates the domestic value chain efficiency and domestic value chain stability into the domestic value chain quality indicator system,measures the quality of the domestic value chain and sub-indicator data of China’s manufacturing sub-industries,and empirically examines the impact and mechanism of OFDI on the domestic value chain of China’s manufacturing industry. Main conclusions are as follows: overall,OFDI in China’ s manufacturing industry has significantly improved the quality of the domestic value chain and its sub-index domestic value chain efficiency and domestic value chain stability. Different types of manufacturing OFDI have different " strong chain" and " fixed chain" effects. The effect of counter-gradient OFDI,OFDI in medium and low-thch industries,state-owned OFDI and horizontal OFDI on the quality of domestic value chain is more obvious. The quality improvement effect of domestic value chain of Chinese manufacturing OFDI is mainly through technological innovation and manufacturing service. Improving the quality of the domestic value chain through measures such as cultivating large multinational companies,innovating OFDI investment models,and enhancing independent innovation capabilities are of great significance to the modernization of the industrial chain and supply chain,the construction of a new dual-cycle development pattern,and the promotion of high-quality development of domestic trade.
