摘要
某柴油发动机增压器回油管波纹段材料为06Cr19Ni10奥氏体不锈钢,在使用过程中出现了开裂漏油的现象,本文从零部件因素和发动机因素两方面对失效件进行分析。零部件因素分析从增压器回油管波纹段的材料成分及壁厚尺寸、断口应力分析等方面展开,发动机因素分析从增压器回油管的振动模态、干涉、磕碰等方面展开。结果表明振动引起的应力集中区域的单向弯曲疲劳是导致螺旋波波纹段产生断裂的主要原因,并提出为了预防此类事故再次发生,建议采用环波波纹管替代改进措施。
The material of the corrugated section of the oil return pipe of the supercharger of a diesel engine produced is 06 cr19 ni10 austenitic stainless steel cracked and leaked oil during use.The failure parts are analyzed from the two aspects of parts factors and engine factors.The parts factors are the analysis of the material composition of the corrugated section of the supercharger return pipe,the clamping position of the return pipe and the scanning observation of the crack of the corrugated section by electron microscope.The engine factors are the analysis of the vibration mode,interference and collision of the return pipe of the supercharger,The results show that the unidirectional bending fatigue in the stress concentration area caused by vibration is the main reason for the fracture of corrugated section,and the improvement measures to prevent the recurrence of such accidents are put forward.
