摘要
擦窗机是专用于清洁现代高层建筑外墙的设备,是基于高处作业吊篮而发展起来的产品,对现有的擦窗机图纸进行统计与分析,推测油缸驱动同步伸缩擦窗机臂设计原理,然后参考直臂式电机驱动和油缸驱动俯仰式擦窗机来设计相关零部件库,用户在初始界面上输入指定参数后,可获得臂节数,臂节长度,截面尺寸等,将这些参数传递给Solidworks后,在工作臂三维零部件库中筛选符合要求的伸缩臂,通过尺寸驱动这一技术,最终获得油缸驱动同步伸缩擦窗机工作臂的三维模型及二维工程图。
Window cleaning machine is a special equipment for cleaning the outer wall of modern high-rise buildings. It is a product developed based on the hanging basket for high-altitude operation. The existing drawings of window cleaning machine are counted and analyzed, and the design principle of oil cylinder driven synchronous telescopic window cleaning machine arm is speculated. Then, the relevant parts library is designed with reference to the straight arm motor-driven and oil cylinder driven pitching window cleaning machine, After the user inputs the specified parameters on the initial interface, the number of arm sections, arm section length, section size, etc. can be obtained. After these parameters are transmitted to SolidWorks, the telescopic arm that meets the requirements can be selected in the three-dimensional parts library of the working arm. Through the technology of size drive, the three-dimensional model and two-dimensional engineering drawing of the working arm of the oil cylinder driven synchronous telescopic window cleaning machine can be finally obtained.
