摘要
脑卒中患者常伴随多种功能障碍,在康复期对其实行有效的自我管理可改善患者预后和生活质量,节约医疗成本。而脑卒中自我管理模式尚处于探索阶段,缺乏系统广识的干预方案。本文对脑卒中患者自我管理模式的概念、干预理论以及国内外应用现状等方面进行了综述,旨在为制定脑卒中健康管理干预方案和开展严谨的脑卒中临床管理实践研究提供一定的参考。
Stroke patients are often accompanied by a variety of dysfunctions,effective self-management during recovery can improve the patient outcomes and quality of life,and save medical costs.However,the stroke self-management mode is still in the exploratory stage,and lacks the systematic and well-informed intervention measures.The concept of selfmanagement mode of stroke patients,intervention theory and measures,as well as the status of the application at home and abroad are reviewed in this paper.The purpose of this study is to provide a certain reference for the formulation of stroke health management intervention programs and the development of rigorous clinical stroke management practice research.
