摘要
【目的】探讨叶面喷施钙、镁肥对‘妃子笑’荔枝果肉有机酸跨膜运输的影响,为研究荔枝有机酸代谢打下基础,并为调控我国荔枝风味品质提供一定的参考依据和技术措施。【方法】以对‘妃子笑’荔枝成年树树冠喷布0.3%氯化钙(Ca)、0.3%氯化镁水溶液(Mg)及其二者的混合水溶液(Ca+Mg)为处理,以喷布清水为对照(CK),测定果实生长发育过程中果肉水溶性钙和镁、有机酸等含量及液泡膜跨膜运输关键酶H+-ATPase、V-PPase活性的动态变化,并作多元线性相关性分析。【结果】草酸含量呈上升、下降、上升、下降的动态变化趋势,酒石酸含量呈先上升、后下降的动态变化趋势,苹果酸则呈“L”型动态变化趋势,柠檬酸含量呈“M”型动态变化趋势;Ca和Ca+Mg处理呈促进有机酸积累的趋势,Mg处理则呈抑制有机酸积累的趋势;Ca和Mg处理分别提高了果肉水溶性镁、钙含量;所有施肥处理均呈抑制H+-ATPase、V-PPase活性的趋势;H+-ATPase活性变化会影响四种有机酸的含量,V-PPase活性变化则影响草酸、酒石酸、苹果酸等含量;CK的H+-ATPase活性与有机酸含量呈线性负相关,而喷施钙、镁肥后,H+-ATPase活性与有机酸含量呈线性正相关。【结论】叶面喷施Ca、Ca+Mg处理可能通过阻止有机酸跨膜运输进入液泡而积累于液泡外的细胞质中,从而调节果肉总酸含量和风味营养品质,并可能通过抑制果肉呼吸作用而缓解果肉成熟期“退糖”现象。
【Objective】Spraying the foliar nutrition of calcium and magnesium on‘Feizixiao’litchi was explored for the effects for transmembrane transport of organic acids.which laid a foundation for the study of organic acid metabolism in litchi and provided some reference and technical measures for the regulation of litchi flavor and quality in China.【Method】During the period of fruit development,‘Feizixiao’litchi fruits which were sprayed 0.3%magnesium chloride(Mg),0.3%calcium chloride(Ca)and their mixture(Ca+Mg),and water(CK)as experimental materials to measure their contents of water-soluble calcium,water-soluble magnesium and organic acids,enzymes activities of related transmembrane transport of vacuolar membrane in fruit flesh,and made the multivariate linear correlation analysis.【Result】The content of oxalic acid showed an upward and downward fluctuation trend,the content of tartaric acid showed an upward then downward trend,the content of malic acid showed an L-shaped trend,and the content of citric acid showed the M-shaped trend.The Ca and Ca+Mg treatments might promote the accumulation of organic acids,while Mg treatment might inhibit it.The Ca and Mg treatments increased the contents of water-soluble calcium and water-soluble magnesium in flesh,respectively.All fertilization treatments tended to inhibit the activities of H+-ATPase and V-PPase.The activity changes of H+-ATPase would affect the contents of four organic acids,while the activity changes of V-PPase would affect the contents of oxalic acid,tartaric acid and malic acid.The activity of H+-ATPase in CK was negatively correlated with the contents of organic acids,while the activity of H+-ATPase was positively correlated with the contents of organic acids after the application of calcium and magnesium fertilizer.【Conclusion】The foliar application of Ca and Ca+Mg treatments could prevent organic acids from transmembrane transport into vacuoles,then accumulating in the cytoplasm of outside the vacuole,thereby regulating the content of
