摘要
基于煤矿用带式输送机链条张紧仍采用人工手动张紧或机械式自动张紧方式的现状,设计用于带式输送机链条自动张紧的控制方案。该方案以PLC控制器为基础,以传感器为检测手段,结合链条张紧力理论计算值和预设误差带,实时调整带式输送机链条的张紧力,使带式输送机链条处于最优工作状态。实际应用结果表明,该链条张紧自动控制方案能够保证带式输送机安全、高效、稳定运行,可代替人工张紧,减轻工人劳动强度。
Based on the current situation that the belt conveyor chain tensioning in coal mines is still manually tensioned or mechanically automatically tensioned,a control scheme for automatic belt conveyor chain tensioning is designed.Based on the PLC controller and the sensor as the detection means,the scheme combines the theoretical calculation value of chain tensioning force and the preset error band to adjust the belt conveyor chain tensioning force in real time,so that the belt conveyor chain is in the optimal working condition.The practical application results show that the automatic chain tensioning control scheme can ensure the safe,efficient and stable operation of the belt conveyor,replace the manual tensioning,and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
