摘要
目的基于网络药理学探讨杞菊地黄丸治疗高血压的作用机制。方法应用中药系统药理学数据库和分析平台(TCMSP)数据库、GeneCards数据库以及Cytoscape软件,构建药物活性成分-作用靶点网络,分析杞菊地黄丸治疗高血压的活性成分、作用靶点及作用机制。结果共得到29个杞菊地黄丸作用于高血压的作用靶点,这些靶点主要富集在流体剪切应力和动脉粥样硬化通路、糖基化终末产物(AGE)及其受体(RAGE)信号通路、缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)信号通路和肿瘤坏死因子信号通路等通路。结论本研究初步揭示了杞菊地黄丸治疗高血压的有效成分和作用靶点,可为其临床应用提供理论基础。
Objective To explore the mechanism of Qiju Dihuang Pill in the treatment of hypertension based on network pharmacology.Methods The network of active components-targets was build by Traditional Chinese Medicines Systems Pharmacology Platform(TCMSP)database,GeneCards database,and Cytoscape software was used to analyze the active components,target,and mechanism of Qiju Dihuang Pill in the treatment of hypertension.Results Twenty-nine potential targets of Qiju Dihuang Pill in the treatment of hypertension were obtained.These targets were mainly riched in fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis,advanced gycation end products(AGE)and receptor for AGE signaling pathway,hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF-1)signaling pathway,tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway and so on.Conclusion This study preliminarily reveals the effective components and targets of Qiju Dihuang Pill in the treatment of hypertension,and provides theoretical basis for its clinical application.
