摘要
目的研究左乙拉西坦联合醒脑静注射液治疗对癫痫患者神经功能、细胞免疫及脑电图频段功率的影响。方法收集2017年10月—2020年9月就诊的122例癫痫的临床资料。根据治疗方法分为研究组62例和对照组60例。研究组给予左乙拉西坦联合醒脑静注射液治疗,对照组给予左乙拉西坦治疗。比较2组临床疗效,以及治疗前后神经功能、细胞免疫、脑电图频段功率,观察不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但2组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。2组治疗后α、β频段脑电相对功率高于治疗前,δ、θ频段脑电相对功率低于治疗前(P<0.01);治疗后,研究组α、β频段脑电相对功率高于对照组,δ、θ频段脑电相对功率低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左乙拉西坦联合醒脑静注射液治疗癫痫可提高临床效果,有助于患者神经功能及细胞免疫水平的恢复,且安全性较高。
Objective To study the effect of Levetiracetam combined with Xingnaojing Injection on neurological function,cellular immunity and EEG frequency band power in patients with epilepsy.Methods The clinical data of 122 epilepsy patients who were treated from October 2017 to September 2020 were collected.According to the treatment method,they were divided into the research group(n=62)and the control group(n=60).The research group was given Levetiracetam combined with Xingnaojing Injection,and the control group was given Levetiracetam.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,cellular immune level,EEG frequency band power before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was observed.Results The total effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in both groups were higher than those before treatment,which were higher in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,the relative power of EEG inαandβfrequency bands in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the relative power of EEG inδandθfrequency bands was lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the relative power of EEG inαandβfrequency bands in the research group was higher than that in the control group,while the relative power of EEG in theδandθfrequency bands was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Levetiracetam combined with Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of epilepsy can improve the clinical efficacy,help the recovery of patients'neurological function and cellular immune level,and has good safety.
