智能技术赋能教师的内在逻辑纾解——基于技术现象学的视角 被引量:15

摘要 智能技术的应用推动教育环境、资源、教学、评价等生态性全方位升级与创新,但由于技术的不确定性,也为教师的技术应用带来了风险与挑战。科学理性地认知教师亟需智能技术赋能的原因、智能技术赋能教师的作用价值,以及二者之间的作用关系,能够为教师智能技术应用,提供理论支持与宏观指引。为此,基于技术现象学中的人类存在认识、技术作用分析、人技关系研究,对智能技术与教师的本质及二者关系进行分析,明晰当前智能技术所引发的代具拓展、解蔽丰富、遮蔽深化、座架促逼,以及技术进化所引发的体系转变与社会变革现象,探讨当前人类教师在自身缺陷凸显、发展创新必须、存在状态转变等方面的内容,进而从宏观知觉视角和延异运动视角,分析师技关系的内容丰富、深化与相互促逼发展作用,为教师的智能技术应用,提供一些支持与参考。 Intelligent technology applications promote ecological all-round upgrades and innovations such as education environment,resources,teaching and evaluation,but at the same time,there is also risks and challenges for teachers’technical applications due to the uncertainty of technology.The reasons for scientific rational cognitive teachers urgently need to empower intelligence,the value of intelligent technology empowering teachers,and the role of the two can provide the theoretical support and macro guidance for teachers’intelligent technology applications.With the help of the description of the relationship between technology,human beings and technology in phenomenology of technology,this study analyzes the essence of intelligent technology and teachers and their relationship,clarifies the generation expansion,deconstruction and enrichment caused by current intelligent technology,and discusses the current human teachers’highlighting of their own defects,shaping the necessity of innovation and the transformation of existing state,and then analyzes the enrichment,deepening and mutual promotion of the relationship between teachers and technology from the perspective of macro perception and extension movement.
