基于实测载荷的货车车体疲劳试验加载方法 被引量:1

摘要 以C_(80)型铁路运煤敞车为研究对象,利用在专用线路上实测的心盘、旁承、车钩处车体载荷测试数据,根据车体典型运动姿态,分解得到车体伸缩、浮沉、侧滚、扭转和点头5个工况随机载荷分力谱;在对实测载荷数据进行处理的基础上,基于载荷伪损伤等效原则,将随机载荷分力谱等效转换为台架试验用正弦载荷分力谱;依托铁路货车整车疲劳与振动试验台,以各正弦载荷分力谱为模拟目标,采用TWR迭代技术,创建台架车体疲劳试验所需各加载作动器的驱动信号,并基于实测应力疲劳损伤等效原则对驱动信号进行修正,得到各典型工况下车体疲劳试验载荷,使试验台疲劳试验结果与线路实测试验结果基本接近。结果表明:车体试验台疲劳损伤与线路实测损伤相对误差为-16.03%~27.14%,台架试验结果基本再现了线路实测的车体关键部位疲劳损伤。 Taking the C_(80) railway coal gondola as the research object,this research applies the loading test data of the car body at the center plate,side-bearing and couplers measured on the special line.According to the car body's typical motion attitude,through decomposition,the force decomposition spectrums of random load for the car body under five operating conditions are obtained,including telescoping,floating,rolling,torsion and pitch.Based on the data processing of load measurements and the equivalence principle of pseudo-damage loads,the force decomposition spectrums of random loads are equivalently converted into that of sinusoidal loads for bench test.Relying on the fatigue and vibration test rigs for railway freight wagon,the research takes the force decomposition spectrum of sinusoidal loads as the simulated objective.Using the TWR iterative technology,the driving signals of each loading actuator are set up required for the fatigue test of car body test rig and modified based on the equivalence principle of measured stress fatigue damage.Thus,the loads of car body fatigue tests under each typical operating condition are obtained,suggesting that the results of the fatigue test rig are close to those of measured line tests.The results show that the relative errors between the fatigue damage of test rig and that of line measurements are between-16.03%and 27.14%.The results of bench test basically reappear the fatigue damage on the key components of the car body in line measurements.
