摘要
随着新一轮科技革命和产业变革的深入发展,高等教育发展规律和人才成长规律因势而变,如何顺应历史潮流、把握发展大势,培养新时代一流本科人才,成为高校共同面对和必须解答的重大课题。地方综合性大学作为人才培养的重要组成和有生力量,要敢于担当和善于作为,在更新人才培养理念、建设优质教学资源、创新培养模式机制、打造卓越质量文化等方面深化改革,推进本科教育教学的内涵式高质量发展。坚持以“立德树人、追求卓越”为理念引领,开展品牌建设工程,创新教学机制,搭建综合教学平台,应是地方综合性大学重构一流本科人才培养体系、提升一流本科人才培养能力的可选路径。
The revolutions in science and industries constantly shed new light on the evolvement of higher education as well as the growth of talents.In this background,it is a major issue for all universities to adapt to the historical trends and cultivate the first-class undergraduate talents in the new era.Being a primary producer of qualified talents,local comprehensive universities are committed to improving their undergraduate education by updating the ideal of talent training,building more high-quality teaching resources,innovating the mode of cultivation,and creating a teaching excellence culture.They should adhere to the notion of“cultivating talents of virtues and pursuing excellence”,build up their brands of educational projects,innovate their teaching mechanisms,and construct an integrated teaching platform.It should be one of the alternatives for local comprehensive universities to reshape their cultivation systems of first-class undergraduate talents.
