摘要
海量的法律大数据生产促使法律行业从信息化向智能化转型,令我国对法律大数据实证研究人才的需求与日俱增。我国法学教育应正视这一趋势变化,积极回应这一人才需求。法学院校应积极开设法律大数据实证研究课程,为我国法律大数据实证研究人才的培养发挥建设性作用。在课程内容设置上,应以法律大数据的挖掘方法、实证分析方法和研究方案设计为主要内容,帮助学生全面领会和掌握法律大数据实证研究方法。在具体教学方法上,应突破以讲授为主的传统教学模式,通过研讨、练习及实践教学等方式,帮助学生熟练掌握关键技能。
The production of enormous legal big⁃data promoted the transformation of law industry from informationization to intelligentization,causing an urgent need for talented persons in the field of legal big⁃data study.The domestic legal education should pay attention to this tendency and respond to such a need.Thus,law schools should take initiative to set up the course of empirical study of legal big⁃data,fostering the talented persons in this field.In regard to the content of the course,it should include the data mining of legal big⁃data,the empirical analysis method of legal bigdata,and the research design,helping students understand and master the research methods of legal big⁃data.In addition,regarding the teaching methods,the traditionally taught course should be supplemented by skill training.Through incorporating discussions,exercises,and practical examinations into the course,which could provide abundant opportunities with students to master the key skills.
