摘要
面对“全灾种、大应急”模式及国内消防体制的改革,应急技术与管理专业教育模式亟需重新定位。为了探究人才培养的新模式,针对当前应急技术与管理专业学生实际操作能力薄弱、综合能力欠缺等问题,以原有的理论教学为出发点,从专业素养、行业发展及国家需求的维度重新定位应急技术与管理专业育人目标。在论述科教融合重要性的基础上,以西安科技大学应急技术与管理专业为具体案例,采用问卷法对该专业人才教育模式发展困境的成因进行调查,得到产教融合模式的具体实施路径。分析认为,立体化教学模式可以从整体上提高学生的应急素质,在立体化教学模式下应加强科产教融合、项目式教学及教学实践,在各种实践中不断增强学生的应急思维,实现从培育知识型人才向培育理论结合实践型人才的转变,让学生可以更好地适应行业发展及国家需要。
In the face of the“all-hazard emergency”mode and the reform of the domestic fire protection system,the education mode of emergency technology and management needs to be repositioned.In order to explore the new mode of talent training,in view of the current problems such as the weak practical operation ability and the lack of comprehensive ability of students majoring in emergency technology and management,this paper takes the original theoretical teaching as the starting point and repositions the education goals of emergency technology and management major from the dimensions of professional quality,industry development and national needs.On the basis of discussing the importance of the integration of science and education,taking the emergency technology and management major of Xi’an University of science and technology as a specific case,this paper uses the questionnaire method to investigate the causes of the development dilemma of the talent education model,and obtains the specific implementation path of the integration of industry and education.The analysis shows that the three-dimensional teaching mode can improve the emergency quality of students as a whole.Under the three-dimensional teaching mode,we should strengthen the integration of science-industry-education,project-based teaching and teaching practice,constantly enhance students’emergency thinking in various practices,and realize the transformation from cultivating knowledge-based talents to cultivating theory combined with practice talents,so that students can better adapt to the development of the industry and the needs of the country.
