摘要
“十四五”规划强调“制造强国”战略,发展先进制造业、振兴实体经济、实现产业升级成为未来中国经济的重要主题,当代产业工人是先进制造业创新的参与主体,探索当代产业工人离职倾向对于新时代产业政策制定具有重要的指导意义。基于全国多个城市的大规模问卷调查,以制造业产业工人作为研究对象,运用序次Logistic回归的方法,本文证实了人力资本因素、劳动时间、劳动内容、就业形态对工人主观离职倾向的影响。研究结论对于了解产业工人的行为逻辑、制造业组织人力资源管理具有借鉴意义。
The 14th Five-Year Plan further emphasizes the strategy of building a powerful state of manufacturing and the important themes of the future Chinese economy will be developing advanced manufacturing industry,revitalizing the real economy and achieving industrial upgrading.Industrial workers are the main force involved in the innovation of advanced manufacturing industry.Exploring the turnover of industrial workers is of guiding significance for the new-era industry policy making.A large-scale questionnaire survey is conducted in several cities across the country on the workers in manufacturing industry and the sequential Logistic regression is employed to analyze the data.It is confirmed that the workers'turnover intention is influenced by human capital,working hours,labor content and employment pattern.This conclusion is of referential significance for understanding the behavioral logic of industrial workers and the human resource management of manufacturing organizations.
