摘要
粉煤灰基地质聚合物作为一种无机高分子材料,可提高固体废弃物的利用率,可以取代水泥,在相关领域应用广泛。重点分析了SF掺量、硅铝比、水胶比、养护温度对粉煤灰基地质聚合物的影响。结果表明:SF掺入比为4∶1时,4周后抗压强度为24.01 MPa;Si质量分数∶Al质量分数=4∶1时,4周后抗压强度为34.5 MPa;水胶比为0.5∶1时,4周后抗压强度为37.5 MPa;养护温度为80℃时,4周后抗压强度为35.9 MPa。
As an inorganic polymer material,fly ash-based geopolymer can improve the utilization rate of solid waste and can replace cement,and is widely used in related fields.This paper emphatically analyzed the effects of SF content,silicon-aluminum ratio,water-binder ratio and curing temperature on the fly ash-based geopolymer.The results showed that when the SF incorporation ratio was 4∶1,the compressive strength after 4 weeks was 24.01 MPa;when the Si mass fraction∶Al mass fraction=4∶1,the compressive strength after 4 weeks was 34.5 MPa;when the water-binder ratio was 0.5∶1,the compressive strength after 4 weeks was 37.5 MPa;when the curing temperature was 80℃,the compressive strength after 4 weeks was 35.9 MPa.
