摘要
地聚合物是一种环境友好材料,可解决固体废渣处理问题,并作为新型路面灌浆材料在道路工程中运用。制备了不同火山灰掺量的改性钢渣地聚合物灌浆材料,通过试验对其力学性能、泌水和膨胀情况、流变性能进行了分析,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)探寻了其细观结构。结果表明:火山灰的掺入可提升钢渣地聚合物灌浆材料的抗压强度,一定程度上改善其泌水和收缩情况;各组火山灰改性钢渣地聚合物灌浆材料的流动曲线均符合宾汉模型,新拌浆体的屈服应力、塑性黏度及触变面积与火山灰掺量正相关,证明火山灰掺量的增加可以使地聚合反应程度提升,同时水化反应可以填补结构缝隙。
As a kind of environment-friendly material,which can solve solid waste residue treatment,Geopolymer is applied in road engineering as a new pavement grouting material.The modified steel slag geopolymer grouting materials with different pozzolan content were prepared.The mechanical properties,bleeding,swelling and rheological properties were analyzed through tests,and the microstructure was explored by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that the addition of pozzolan can improve the compressive strength of the grouting material,and improve its bleeding and shrinkage to a certain extent;The flow curves of each group of fresh pastes conform to Bingham model and its yield stress,plastic viscosity and thixotropic area are positively correlated with the pozzolanic content.That the increase of pozzolanic content can improve the degree of geopolymerization,and the hydration reaction can fill the structural gap at the same time.
