摘要
目的 调查郴州市社区老年人跌倒的现状以及对康复的认知程度,研究老年人跌倒的相关因素,探讨全身振动(Whole-body vibration training,WBV)综合训练对预防老年人跌倒的可行性。方法 通过问卷调查,采用先分层后抽样的方法,运用SPSS 26.0对统计数据进行分析,确定老年人跌倒的影响因素,了解当前郴州市老年人防跌倒的知行差异,提出相应的康复对策。结果 研究共纳入136人,52.2%曾发生过跌倒,38.1%因跌倒而产生消极情绪,37.5%曾了解防跌倒的知识,24.56%对康复训练有一定了解,63.23%的老年人有参与康复训练的意愿。相关性分析表明老年人跌倒与性别、运动情况、体重、是否有冠心病、是否骨折具有相关性(P<0.05)。多元线性回归显示在控制运动情况因素后,性别、体重、冠心病、骨折为老年人跌倒的独立影响因素。结论 老年人的康复认知普遍较低,但康复参与意愿较高,其中发生过跌倒的易产生消极情绪。性别、体重、是否有冠心病、是否骨折是影响跌倒的独立因素。
Objective To investigate the current situation of falls among the elderly in Chenzhou community,study the related factors of falls among the elderly,and explore the feasibility of systemic vibration (Whole-body vibration training,WBV) comprehensive training to prevent falls among the elderly.Methods SPSS 26.0 was conducted by stratification before sampling 26,to analyze the statistical data,determine the influencing factors of the elderly fall,understand the current knowledge and action differences of the elderly in Chenzhou,and put forward the corresponding rehabilitation countermeasures.Results A total of 136 people,52.2% had fallen,38.1% had negative emotions from falls,37.5% had known fall prevention,24.56% had certain knowledge of rehabilitation training,and 63.23% had the willingness to participate in rehabilitation training.Correlation analysis showed that elderly falls were associated with sex,exercise,weight,coronary heart disease,or fractures (P<0.05).Multiple linear regression showed that sex,weight,CHD,and fracture were independent influencing factors for falls in the elderly after controlling for exercise factors.Conclusion The rehabilitation cognition is generally low but rehabilitation,where falls are prone to negative emotions.Sex,weight,coronary heart disease,fracture are independent factors affecting the fall.
